Returns & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return most unopened or lightly used products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact. If opened, please retain the box and any printed materials.
  • Exceptions:
    • Products marked “Final Sale,” such as sample vials and clearance items, are not eligible for return.
    • Returns due to change of mind are accepted only on full-size items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email support@meethigolee.com or call +91-800-123-4567 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We’ll send you an RMA, or Return Merchandise Authorization, number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Package your item or items safely, include the RMA slip, and ship them to the address provided.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Domestic India Orders: We provide a prepaid return label. There are no shipping charges for eligible returns.
  • International Orders: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier.

4. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. We will notify you by email of your refund or exchange status.

5. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including credit or debit card, UPI, net banking, or another applicable method.
  • Timing: Allow 5–7 business days after approval for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Restocking Fee: None. Refunds are provided for the full returned product price.
  • If you received a promotional gift or free item with your order, please return it. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

To request an exchange for a different Meethi Golee formula or size, follow the return process above and mention “Exchange for [Product Name]” in your RMA request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange an expedited replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping charges, at no extra cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of placement through your online account or by contacting support. After 2 hours, please follow the return procedure if you wish to send the order back.
